In 2001, Josh became the pastor of a 60-person rural church, in a city of 4,000 people. During his time as Lead Pastor, the church grew to 800 people on any given weekend. Josh pressed forward with a new vision and began adding multiple sites, becoming a multi-site church of 2,000+ people in five locations. While pastoring a growing church, he recognized a need within his community for a drug and alcohol treatment center. In 2007, Josh established Hope Center Ministries (HCM), which has seen thousands of residence come through the program in centers throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. In August 2016, Josh stepped down as Lead Pastor of Compassion Church to establish the Compassion Network. Josh also currently serves as the National Consultant for Revitalization and Multiplication for Evangelism USA of IPHC.

Josh and his wife Jessica have been married for eighteen years and have five children: Kara, Rylee, Jordyn, Finn and Wyatt.
Hope Center Ministries
The purpose of Hope Center Ministries is to provide men and women with the opportunity to overcome their drug and alcohol addiction. The program is designed to show these individuals how to find peace and lasting freedom from their addictions through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Josh Hannah joined the EVUSA team in January 2018 as the National Director for Healthy, Growing, Multiplying Churches. On a monthly bases, Josh and his team train pastors and leaders across the United States with a goal of creating healthy, growing, multiplying churches.
